Hello! Welcome to the "This Day In Our History" Committee website! We are a group of students and staff from the Bonny Eagle High School dedicated to keep the members of our school informed about major historic events that shaped our country. We came together as a result of a school wide desire to recognize important days in our history. In this committee we are focused on ensuring that our students graduate not just with their eyes set on a greater future; we also work to ensure that our children leave with a greater understanding of what great country they are a part of, and how this country came to be through significant events in our past. We help preserve the past of our country's history in order for it to help our students have a brighter future.
"This Day In Our History" came together from similar opinions, passions, and ideas of students and staff at Bonny Eagle alike. This entire project was deeply moved and influenced by students who had a deep passion for preserving the history of the country they live in, and wanting to make sure that future generations will learn to have the same passions as well through remembering important events.
